ITINERARY

The private driver will pick you up at your ship at Civitavecchia port and take you to the Colosseum (approx 1 hour and 30 minutes) where I’ll meet you.

• Colosseum (1st and 2nd tier)
• Circus Maximus

• Pantheon
• Trevi Fountain
• Spanish Steps
• The beauty of Vatican City (focusing the visit on the wonderful Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museums highlights)

After the Vatican Tour, we will meet the driver at 4. 30 pm to drive you back to the port.

IMP: Please note that for security reasons backpacks and big bags are not allowed inside. At the entrance every tourist, ONE BY ONE, is scanned with one metal detector. Therefore, although I provide Colosseum skip the line tickets, the new security checks cause unfortunately delays and long lines!

MEETING LOCATION + TOUR DURATION

Meeting location: at your ship with the professional driver. The driver will bring a folder with your name, you’ll take with him the shuttle bus for getting the minivan, then he’ll drive you to Rome (approx 1 hour and 30 minutes, Civitavecchia is a medium size town about 80kms north west of Rome). I’ll be waiting for you at the Colosseum.

End location: At your ship (with the professional driver) – After the Vatican tour we will meet the driver at 4.30 and he’ll drive you back to the port of Civitavecchia.

Duration: 9 hours
